“Yui (結Yui)” is soy sauce produced in wooden barrels by two brothers from a soy sauce brewing family. Our brewery has 32 wooden barrels that have been used for soy sauce making for over 100 years. Our soy sauce is aged in these barrels for a period of 12-18 months.

As a group company of a dispensing pharmacy that operates more than 80 stores nationwide, we are a manufacturer of products that support people's health through food products. The Asakura area of Fukuoka Prefecture, where our main factory is located, is a major producer of soybeans that has twice received the Priminister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. We also produce Ginger Syrup "Kinkyokan", a ginger syrup made from ginger grown in Kumamoto Prefecture, the second largest ginger producer in Japan. In addition, the company produces organically grown green peppers, potatoes, etc.
